I hope you know how awesome the neighborhood of downtown Plymouth is. If you don't, you are in for a treat! It's an old school town from the late 1800's, so all of the streets lead to the middle of town, where there is a wonderful large park(Kellogg Park), and stores and restaurants surrounding the park.
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety percent (90.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 100 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Twenty-five percent (25.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
